Do I need to create an account?
No! Just enter your name and phone number to book. Your phone number is used to look up and cancel appointments later.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Go to the "My Bookings" tab, enter your phone number, and you can view and cancel upcoming appointments.
How do I check the current queue number?
Switch to the "Queue Status" tab to see each doctor's current patient number in real-time.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book appointments up to 14 days in advance. Dates beyond that will not be available.
