Welcome to the "Image to WebP Converter" (referred to as "the Tool"), provided by Upliftorch. By using the Tool, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Tool.

Description of Service

The Tool provides a free online image-to-WebP conversion service. All image processing is performed in the user's browser and does not involve any server-side file handling.

Acceptable Use

By using the Tool, you agree to:

• Not use the Tool to process illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or make unauthorized modifications to the Tool
• Not use automated tools to mass-access the service in a way that disrupts other users' normal use
• Only process images that you own or have the right to use

Intellectual Property

The interface design, code, text content, and related materials of the Tool are the intellectual property of Upliftorch. The intellectual property of images you convert through the Tool remains with their original owner.

The Tool is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• The Tool will operate without interruption or errors
• Conversion results will meet your specific requirements
• The Tool will function correctly on all browsers or devices

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Upliftorch is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Tool at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time; updated terms will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
